Announcing the release of Double Mirrors, the book, in paperback, coming soon to a bookstore near you in honor of 11/1/00. (my birthday)

You will be able to order the book through the DoubleMirrors.com store:

The book, release version 1.2, is currently 650 pages, with 85 photos, and includes the extended 20 page Double Mirror Theory, the Doorway, written in 1999, and 36 pages of new material entitled the Origin of the Universe, insights which occurred to me while in deep groking mode in Jerusalem, 2/2000, as well as an account of the 12 year personal journey which led to these ideas in the form of an intimate journal.

I believe this book to contain the meaning of life, expressed together with the Project Double Mirrors CD ROM, and DoubleMirrors.com website, to the best of my ability.

I am interested in volunteers to provide initial feedback. If you are willing to review my book, please let me know.

Great news- the DoubleMirrors.com Journal- http://DoubleMirrors.com/journal - has been totally revamped- there are now over 35 pages. . . . including a 4 page intro to the "Origian of the Universe", a vision which hit me 1/00 in Jerusalem.


There should be more updates much more frequently now- the new script allows auto navigation at the bottom of each entry.

This is all getting warmed up for the planned hardcover release of "Double Mirrors" on 11/01/00 . The eletronic PDF book format was released in beta on 11/01/99.

1999:

  3/20/99 - Jerusalem.

Ok People, I have to apologize for not updating this page in lets see . . a year and a half! Rest assured, however, that DoubleMirrors.com has been growing despite the ironic neglect of this single page. My own personal evolution has taken an interesting twist with SWS replicating to Miami in Sep 98- feb 1 99. Im back in Jerusalem, but who knows where the winds will take me next. Anywhere where they will let a guy be a dolphin without spiritual harrasment. Take a moment of truth, copy and paste, is my motto these days, but you need some peace and quite to do that. So its either Israel, or Island. Why Israel? Well as a Levitte my ancestors made music in the Jerusalem Temple 2000 years ago. So here I am making kickass Jerusalem Techno. But this is a tough place to live like a hermit, and the New Jew has basically been assasinated. Sattelite internet connections are getting cheaper, and its becoming increasingly obvious to me that no city in the world is safe for people of spirit. Read about my recent harrasment in Frankfurt, germany, and on El Al Israel Airlines, and at ben Gurion Airport, and you will see what I mean. So this next update might be from a tropical island unless things improve here rapidly.

Here is a quick summary of the major additions in the last few months.

  • CD will soon be available for sale through amazon.com, CD NOW, and music BLVD. Available now through DoubleMirrors.com and MP3.com. $12 here and $10 at MP3.com but without the cover art.
  • Image Galery 2.5 - JerusalemNet Gallery updated with many new photos. So is Sarah Gallery, and the DoubleMirrors. If more people want to see more of my work, I will upload more.
  • CD ROM- info page greatly updated. Now featuring several video clips directly from the CD ROM
  • Soundtrack section of DoubleMirrors.com undergoes major overhaul
  • DolphinNet Store- SWS now sells commercial dolphin posters of some of the best dolphin photographers and artists in the world. Of course my own work is still for sale too through the DoubleMirrors Image Gallery and Store.
  • DoubleMirrors Tips- a new section featuring lessons learned for all those attempting to evolve to cyber-spirit.
  • SWS commercial Network- SWS now has partnered with many different online commercial sites including Amazon.com, Music Blvd., 1-800 flowers, and others. DoubleMirrors.com will remain entirely non-commercial. SWStudios.net is the commercial side of SWS to support the art and music. Of course I hope to eventually be supported off this content alone. If you want to help out, visit the DoubleMirrors.com store : )

1998:

  • SWS Miami- 4 months on the beach, and more than a few dolphin encounters.
  • Book- still unreleased, but uploaded and ready for online exposure.
  • DolphinNet Network- other Dolphin sites
  • DoubleMirrors Network- visionary visual artists on the web.
  • tools- a list of the machines used to create Project Double Mirrors. From cameras to computers, to synths.
  • 303net expansion- now includes a growing indie electronic music network, music store, and MP3s.
  • SWStudios.net- Commercial SWS founded 4-27-98
  • Spectator- my work at the Columbia Daily Spectator.

End of 1997:

 

  • Nov 1-15 97 -- Project 3.0 -- Streaming, a new java script enhanced index html with rollever buttons, and 10 random images.
  • DoubleMirrors.com 30 minute streaming RealAudio soundtrack!
  • DoubleMirrors.com is now in Frames Format. The front page keeps on changing. . I might make a slide show of all the "index.html"s this site has been through
